At Gimmick Shelter we hate the words routine and conventional. We don’t like doing what everyone else does — it’s stronger than us, it’s in our DNA. So, true to ourselves, we decided to share our very first playlist… in the dead of winter!
First things first: how does this work? No panic, it’s simple. Every season we share the twenty tracks that won over our editors’ ears and capsized their hearts. A simple, slightly different way to give you a shot at discovering new artists, new tracks and new musical horizons, by zeroing in on the cream of the moment.
To fight off a winter that’s shaping up to be a harsh one, we’ve lined up a whole host of new releases — with this season’s spotlight going to our romantic hero of the moment, Warhaus, who unveils a spellbinding third album, the excellent Ha Ha Heartbreak. Enough to warm your aching little hearts and keep you dancing till the end of the night: a responsible, alternative way to trim your next energy bill, perhaps?
Best enjoyed without resolutions!
